I had brought my car to the service area to get it checked up on, Nick was able to get the warranty validated and helped me repair my car for cheaper than any other place could have!! I have never had a better service agent that was able to provide such great service! I will definitely come back to support them if anything else happens.
Kelly Floyd was outstanding. She is very thorough & knowledgeable with a very good personality. Obviously has great sales skills, because we bought an Outback.... Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Subaru of Ft. Myers. 10 out of 10
What a crazy, great experience! I found the exact vehicle I had been looking for on cars.com, reached out and was contacted by Kelly Floyd. My rating is for the service department NOT sales. First time here for service after buying my suv from another dealer. JP was excellent. Professional and I was out in an hour. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee was very good. I will come back.
Well...I have waited a few days to submit this review, because I didn't want to make any knee-jerk reactions. First of all, I'd like to say that I am not a person it is easy to sell to. My first experience with this group of people was excellent. I felt that everyone was genuine and I cannot say that's been a typical car buying experience for me, so it was a nice surprise.
