These guys are awesome! You won’t find a more knowledgeable, honest or friendly team to buy propane from. Bryan is the best in the business and treats every customer like his only customer. Pretty special.
My first experience with HoT Propane was disappointing. The office lady was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I ordered 100 gallons and confirmation and an approximate date for delivery. Everything was fine until I got the bill. Instead of the 100 gallons ordered, they delivered 240 gallons. My bill went from $290. to $696. I called to ask what happened and was told, "The driver got a little carried away". One of the worst, most rudest customer experience I’ve ever had. I called first to see if they refill the 20 lb propane bottles. The office person said yes. So, I drove 15 miles over there to be told I have to drop them off, they’d be refilled when the trucks came back in at the end of the day, and I could pick them up tomorrow. So, now facing 60 miles in round trips to accommodate this. I went back the next day, saw the bottles where I was told to leave them, went over to check, and both bottles were still empty. Highly recommend for any of your propane needs!! Bryan was so nice and helpful and walked me through all the options available and was incredibly kind and patient with me! His team on the job, Joe and Lucas also deserve a shout out! They were amazing! Knowledgable, friendly and just all around great.
