You know... Going in in-person versus emailing are two totally different animals with this CU. I'm... impressed. The empathy from the clerk who received me, down to the ease I was able to get stuff done... and her explanation on ways to make it easier while hearing me out about what I've already tried. I commend them. I only wish they had a location in Puyallup.
