We find friendly helpful staff. Being a senior with arthritic knees, I wish I could take a number and have a seat while waiting during busy periods.
Customer service is always great, BUT the hassle we’ve had with debt cards is ridiculous! Replaced 5 times between us and still having issues. We’ve given up and just put everything on a credit card (not issued by them) instead. I can’t transfer money to my other bank accounts because they do not participate in Zelle….. Payroll from government employer shows received but not made available for 2 days unlike other banks….. A lot of disappointment…
People are helpful there always friendly
O'Bee is the best! The people working there are so friendly, yet professional. They make you feel like they know you and are there to help. Also, the place is kinda fun, with the beer tap theme.
