I got approved for a car loan purchased my car through a dealership and before the first payment was due the car started falling apart. Would give negative stars if I could! Been a member over 40 years here. Was always great until lately. Departments aren't sharing info, branches are not sharing info and tellers are messing up...a lot. We started a new extra account, went in person, transferred money over but it never made it to the account! Consequently, we had insufficient funds to cover bills. We still had money, just not in that account! Don't bank here!
Worst experience ever. Called the 72nd street Tacoma branch about not showing cash deposits on my statement, the lady was very rude and not willing to explain why, her answer was “that’s how we do things” I told her that they lost 3 checks and I need to account for the cash also need proof of deposit, she tells me the conversation is going nowhere then hangs up on me.
