I have spoken to David a few times - at the OBar in Primary Care. He is both very knowledgeable and patient
David is very profesional in helping the customer. He deserves a five star rating.
The Oshsner digital health program is a joke and a waste of hope for family members looking for support. Their primary goal is to maintain minimal quality of life. They don’t support patients in the program and their communications and instructions change daily depending on who you talk to. Would never recommend. Bare minimum standards should never be the bar when caring for our loved ones.
David was fantastic! He was able to diagnose my device’s issue immediately and replace it. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick resolution!
After a very frustrated attempt to upload information to my Ochsner Portal, I was sent to the Technology area where Mr. Ross helped me. He showed me, in a very simple way, how to upload the needed information. His pleasant personality, knowledge, and patience make Mr. Ross a great asset to the Ochsner Primary Care Team. Thank you.
