Laurie was SUPER!!!! I had been having so much difficuity paring my blood pressure and blood glucose monitors with my phone. No one could help over phone but Laurie worked her magic and within 10 minutes I was hooked up and ready to go. My wife, Ethel was so pleased with the outcome. Thanks Laurie. Laurie was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Fixed BP cuff and then walked me through the process to set up glucose monitor (which was still at home). A huge improvement over the last time I went to the OBAR. The person who previously worked at this position was a bit of an arsehowl.
