I wanted to share something I noticed today. I've been observing over the course of a few weeks of going here that Tiffany really goes the beyond her job to serve elderly patients with a lot of patience and care. In particular I noticed how she worked with Donald today. Donald is deaf and struggles to see. He needed visual and dental care. Hallelujah! Thank goodness for Lauren for pointing me in the right direction with Tiffany. Tiffany spent 4 hours with me designing down on paper ways to help me retain information on how to navigate different parts of your portal to help them make it work for me. I have tried getting this kind of help for almost 2 years and not a single person has helped until Tiffany. I appreciate her ability to multi task and help others while trying to help me as well.
