Hallelujah! Thank goodness for Lauren for pointing me in the right direction with Tiffany. Tiffany spent 4 hours with me designing down on paper ways to help me retain information on how to navigate different parts of your portal to help them make it work for me. I have tried getting this kind of help for almost 2 years and not a single person has helped until Tiffany. I appreciate her ability to multi task and help others while trying to help me as well.
