I went to Amanda's Wed night class Mobility + Recovery Flow last night, and it was so, so good. The vibe was peaceful but intentional. We used props to help us relax and release tension. She took our suggestions too on what our bodies needed. I appreciate when a teacher gives clear verbal cues about how to move your body. I learned a lot. I especially enjoyed the yoga triangles we used to release pressure points, such as in the glutes. I'll be back again!
I came from a ballroom dancing background and never really stepped foot into a gym until I retired from competing. I am so happy to find OA and I’ve been training with their Premier trainer Monica. She has gotten me back in shape after two pregnancies and even help me prepare for three fitness competitions and place top 3! Success is about knowing where to find the answer and Monica has never been a gate keeper.
