My family used this company to clean our couches and area rug. This is was the most unprofessional company we ever dealt with. They forgot to bring us back our area rug and kept giving us the run around. It took almost two weeks for them to finally return it and when they did they dropped it off the put it on the side of my house with out telling us. We came outside to go somewhere and the rug was laying up against the wall. I would never use them again. Find somebody else.
