I came to NZC expecting to test drive a car and came out owning one! I had a really awesome experience with Bruce who helped me get my first car and I’m not only really happy with my new car, but I’m really happy with the service both my Mum and I received while we were here :) Keep up the great work Bruce! We will be back again when mum wants an upgrade :)
I just bought an SUV from NZC, my spoc was Bruce Addy, and he was amazing.. very friendly, honest and understanding. I had a great experience with them, the entire process for me was smooth and transparent. The car had newly arrived but they did the battery tests for us quickly and gained our trust and confidence easily, they also have a good network of partners to get all your car-related stuff sorted at once. In all, very reliable service and great experience.
the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. Scammed me for thousands of dollars. Sold me a car that was not even road legal and did nothing about it. Now I have to get the car I bought recertified. They do dodgy WOFs so I recommend taking the car for a PPI before driving away!! Stay away from this company.
We recently bought a Toyota Aqua from Bruce at NZC and we would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car - he made the whole experience very straight forward and comfortable.
