First and last time ordering from this business. So long story short, we are currently traveling full time in our Offroad caravan. While staying in Kaikoura for a few weeks I contacted this business to order a Darche Tyre bag which was in stock according to the website and would like it shipped to the Kaikoura post office for collection. In order to be received and collected from the post office it needs to be shipped by nz post service. I went with ordering from these guys due to being a local company and we like to support local Sadly my judgment was not right We ordered a winch in Jan 25 we went 2 weeks with out an update on delivery from Nz off-roader, I then called they said it was on back order this was never communicated before, during or after purchase 3 months on from the order and asking for a refund there has been no communication from them apart from my phone calls to them.
