Great products and helpful
Great roof box looks really cool on my Jimmy. The quick release mounts didn’t fit but I returned them and received a refund. Thanks again
Though my products are awesome I was let down by very poor customer service, not by just 1 but multiple staff all telling me they were waiting for different parts of my order to arrive after being told after ordering it would be 1-2 weeks for arrival to me. After multiple phone calls chasing my order 6 weeks later it finally arrived. Unfortunately was my first ever order from them and will be my last because of this
Wow! These guys are amazing. Nothing is to hard. They helped with the process of installation of air bags and the certification process, Nothing was a problem, they are more than helpful. Highly recommended.
Bit disappointed. I reached out to see if a roof box/crate was suitable for my roof rack. Emailed them a image of my roof rack they said it was suitable and then when it arrived it didn't fit/wasn't suitable. Feel like they just wanted to make a sale and when I needed to return it they wouldn't reimburse me for the return shipping.
