I thoroughly enjoy being a Platelet donor at Epsom. After 125 donations over 20 years, the team are extremely friendly and efficient. The renovated donor facilities are modern with Wifi & multiple big screen TVs. To top it all off, the range of biscuits is extraordinary! 👏😎
I give plasma at the Epsom nz blood fortnightly Saturday and all the staff are so lovely. Its a nice habit, i love to time out for a few hours :) One request please, is can the new receptionist be advised, that if someone turns up earlier than their appointment and there are spare chairs and the staff arent busy, please process doners, rather than make them wait for their time. I wont say his name, but other reception staff and nurses, always ask if they can help me if i'm sitting waiting or early to arrive, and process me s... read more
