Completely unprofessional, with terrible service attitude, failing to report vehicle issues — a total scam company.
I was very happy with their service, good communication, friendly staff and the compliance was done very quickly
Staff act like they are doing you a favour even talking to you. The kid who was at the gate on vehicle dropoff demanded vehicle be taken away for detailing/vacuuming and that spare parts for installation (headlights) be removed by client because "we don't do that here". When asked to clarify the office person said "we don't prepare vehicles for inspection we just provide a site for vtnz inspectors to perform the inspections".
