Today (05/07/2026), my mother was seen for an annual physical and EKG at NYU Winthrop West Babylon Family Medicine Associates. Unfortunately, her interaction with one of the technicians/medical assistants during the visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. During the EKG process, my mother was instructed to remove the electrodes herself, despite not knowing how many had been placed or where they were located. Dr. Li is truly one of a kind. He has the patience of a saint and never makes you feel rushed. He takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you understand your care before you leave. Dr. Brenda Martin is absolutely wonderful, I was really nervous about the visit and she calmed me down, she carefully explained everything she was doing so that I wouldn’t feel anxious. Amazing doctor!
