From start to finish, my experience was outstanding thanks to Jacob at the front desk and Marina, the CT scan technician. Jacob greeted me early in the morning with incredible energy and a genuinely positive attitude. Had a great experience. Victor was awesome
Was turned away because they claimed to have never received the prescription that was both faxed and sent electronically. Called my doctors office and, after being on hold for an hour, they told me they were surprised the radiology office made me make the call instead of them using the direct provider line meant for situations just like this.
