I’ve had consistently positive experiences with NYU Radiology Greenpoint which is why this visit stood out in a disappointing way. During my recent ultrasound, the technician’s communication and professionalism were not at the level I’ve come to expect. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding thanks to Jacob at the front desk and Marina, the CT scan technician. Jacob greeted me early in the morning with incredible energy and a genuinely positive attitude. Instead of the usual rushed check-in experience, he actually made conversation and made me feel welcome. That small effort made a big difference and immediately set the tone for the visit.
