I’m a fairly new patient at this office and was referred here by another one of my specialty doctors. While I appreciate Dr. Merati, my recent experience with the front desk staff was extremely disappointing. I am writing to express my frustration with the poor service I received during a recent call to your office. The receptionist/intake officer was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. She took all of my information and proceeded to diagnose me over the phone, despite me being very clear about my specific needs. She then informed me that she could not schedule an appointment until "further out," but did not provide any specific dates.
