I visited the Emergency Room on June 3, 2026, after a foot injury. If I say that I spent several hours there, that probably would not surprise anyone these days. i have gone to dr.rico for the past 2 years for eye care including surgery. every time i go i feel genuinely cared for. Loritza today was amazing and so friendly. i have had. many negative medical experiences at other practices and this one is the best in terms of care and kindness
I hardly ever write reviews, but having made two trips to this ER in the past month, I have to sing the praises of the ER at NYU Language Brooklyn on Atlantic Ave. The check-in team, nurses, doctors, and imaging techs at this ER are FANTASTIC—so thoughtful, kind, caring, and thorough, and I have never received anything less than fantastic care coming here.
