Unprofessional, inconsistent, the young nurses need a retraining on bedside manners and communication. They need to know when working in the medical field it’s not just about obtaining a check and wearing scrubs but being passionate about helping those who are not well. Dealing with difficult and different individuals. They stand around gossiping and violating HIPAA Laws . The hospital has went down from when they first opened.
Went to the ER around 4:30am and was checked by a doctor. He never asked me if I was in pain. When he left it took over an hour for my nurse to come in and check on me. I stated that I had been waiting in pain for over an hour for pain medication, there was no sense of urgency. When I received the pain medication the doctor came in right after to do the procedure. Didn’t even allow the pain medication to start working first before he cut me open.
When I was there with a broken foot I got the best of treatment.
