I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The nurse, Esra Abdulkarim, was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. Instead of helping or speaking respectfully, she asked me to leave the clinic in a very disrespectful way. Patients should be treated with basic respect, especially in a medical office. I hope the doctor and management take this seriously and improve how patients are handled by the staff.
Trash, Trash, Trash! They leave pregnant women waiting for up to 3 hours meanwhile they make money hand over fist with the insurance but won’t pay for a bigger facility and more staff. Ugly also.
