I would strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Ross and her “medical team.” I have been a patient at this clinic for months, and unfortunately my experience has consistently been disappointing. Throughout my care, I felt that many of the tests and procedures were performed unprofessionally, and the overall level of organization and communication was very poor. Mrs. Rakipi was absolutely amazing during my ultrasound appointment. Very kind, professional, and patient. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. Her caring attitude and positive energy really helped ease my nerves. I truly appreciated her professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend you have the opportunity to visit with her.

Reviewing on behalf of my now deceased mother - 9/11 bladder cancer / stroke victim -we did not have a great experience here sadly. Saw Dr. William Huang (head of urology) to remove her bladder once the cancer was malignant & had an urostomy placed. Warned of poss complications & she was fine until about 3 months after the surgery, she started having odd monthly infections- high fever, low BP, high HR, etc. As she also had cancer, everytime she got an infection she had to be hospitalized, which paused her cancer treatments. ... read more
