Unprofessional beyond words. My husband has a scheduled sleep study on July 11 Sat evening and was told upon arriving that it was cancelled. They claimed they have left us a message, and nobody picked up the phone with the service numbers they provided. The technician we were able to talk to informed us they have a full house and can only serve those they have been assigned. Manager can only be reached on Monday morning. I had a sleep study a month ago and still have not heard from the doctor or a nurse about the results. I keep calling trying to get in touch with someone and the front desk provided an incorrect number to call and a second time a man just hung up on me after I asked to go over the test results with someone. I’ve messaged on the app too and nothing. I was told I’d have someone go over the results with me within 5 days and now it’s been a month and I can’t even figure out how to get in touch with someone.
