I had a sleep study a month ago and still have not heard from the doctor or a nurse about the results. I keep calling trying to get in touch with someone and the front desk provided an incorrect number to call and a second time a man just hung up on me after I asked to go over the test results with someone. I’ve messaged on the app too and nothing. I was told I’d have someone go over the results with me within 5 days and now it’s been a month and I can’t even figure out how to get in touch with someone. Chill place good doctors nice staff
nice and friendly staff. i have never done a sleep study before but they helped explain what was going on. sleep studies aren't fun but neither are sleep disorders
The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, the person who spoke with me is called Linh. This is a hospital, and we pay hundreds of dollars per visit, ten of thousand dollars for overnight stay, not the right attitude to treat patients.
