I recommend avoiding. I provided feedback to the clinic already about their passive aggressive staff, the arbitrary 'rules' they apply for patients to get access to care, and the excessive wait times. I waited over an hour and still was not seen for my appointment. My doctor's office that referred me here was shocked at their unreasonable policies. Fast, professional, and I have never had a problem with my images
the bad reviews had me nervous, but everyone I dealt with in suite 104? top notch. I arrived about 45 minutes early and was prepared to wait but they called me almost instantly. the nurse was so kind and the mri technician was also lovely. i was panicking a little and he was patient and friendly. reception was friendly as well!
My wife went to NYU Langone radiology at 6 Ohio Dr. for mammogram and ultrasound. Worst experience ever. Everyone there was rude and unprofessional. The place was empty that day, but my wife was left waiting for four hours. The whole staff was either gossiping or playing on their phones. When my wife complained, they told her she could cancel and leave. They even made fun of her accent. Avoid this place all cost!!
Please avoid 6 Ohio Drive location. I went today 1/8 for my mammogram at this location. The receptionist Sally was extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. The office manager was also unprofessional. She didn't get involved, even witnessed her subordinate's attitude.
