My wife went to NYU Langone radiology at 6 Ohio Dr. for mammogram and ultrasound. Worst experience ever. Everyone there was rude and unprofessional. The place was empty that day, but my wife was left waiting for four hours. The whole staff was either gossiping or playing on their phones. When my wife complained, they told her she could cancel and leave. They even made fun of her accent. Avoid this place all cost!!
Please avoid 6 Ohio Drive location. I went today 1/8 for my mammogram at this location. The receptionist Sally was extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. The office manager was also unprofessional. She didn't get involved, even witnessed her subordinate's attitude.
The staff here is very friendly and professional. I had a mammogram done here, and the female assistant was a little rough with the machine. I would not want her to ever do my mammogram again.

I have been going to this location for years. Never had a problem. I called in April to make an appointment for June for an annual mamo and also a sonogram. I had not had a sono in a few years and my dr suggested it since I have dense breasts. The man I made the appointment with stated if the sono is not covered I would have to pay $175. Two weeks before my appt I received an email stated the sono would be $375 without insurance.
