Susan was great.
This is a beautiful center.Valet parking available. Beautiful waiting areas and spacious enough that you don’t feel too closed to other visitors. The decor is Esthetically pleasing to the eyes. The team members I have encountered have always been pleasant. Reason for low rating is the wait time. . I have been here several times. Diff times of the year. Wait time is getting worse… today Wait time of over forty minutes was unacceptable and prompted this review. OverScheduling or understaffed?
I had a mammogram done at the new Franklin Ave, Garden City facility. As soon as I entered the imaging room the technician told me to completely remove my gown because it just "gets in the way". The usual procedure is to Expose one breast at a time. So having had multiple mammograms over many years I found this to be highly irregular, felt very uncomfortable, exposed and demeaned.....expressing my concern and discomfort did not change the situation so I complied with her demand....
