Great staff for ER
I parked my car, got examined, and left.
Since the day it open, a few years ago c.2023, till today 2026, a lot of positive changes seem to have taken place. While the waiting areas are still large and open to the connecting hallway, the environment is not stark and sterile in feeling. It feels a little more relaxed and comfortable. The seating is comfortable, the check in process is easy. The staff is congenial and respectful. As well as seems well staffed. However, the appointment still feels like I'm just part of a factory style medical system.
