Had an appt for an MRI of my shoulder. Your told to get there a half hour before hand. Arrived and told that the person in front of me had an issue and they were running a half hour late. So I was there for an hour before I was seen. Once I got into the room for the MRI the technician was rude, I started to have an anxiety attack and I said I've been sitting outside for an hour and the technician, Emina looked me in the face and said it was a half hour. Had a appt fir my grandma for 2 weeks for a chest x rays. I checked her in, fill the paperwork and even sat down for a good 5-10 min. The front desk told me that they weren't doing x rays that day and scheduled me for another location

I Went to my gyno on 12/16/24 worried about a lymph node that was getting bigger.. First thing I'm thinking is Cancer. My doctor gave a script for the left side. I called that day 12/16/24 everyday. They checked 6 locations for NYU Langone Radiology NOTHING. I'm like this is not a well visit my Dr. was concerned. My Dr. even tried to call nope nobody cared. I scheduled a breast ultrasound in this place because NYU informed me they can do it on a Saturday. 4 days before the appointment they call me saying it has to be rescheduled because I also need a mammogram. I call and ask them to read the doctor request attached to my profile which says it's only a breast ultrasound, since I already had the mammogram and ultrasound in April and this is only a follow up.
