Inexcusable that it takes months to make an appointment for a hearing aid check or evaluation. An organization as large as NYU, with all its resources, should be able to provide much better service. Not sure what the problem is, but scheduling with them is a nightmare.

UNRELIABLE. Multiple cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for our appointments. We made arrangements with work and school for our appointments and TWICE we were cancelled with less than 24 hour notice and given appointments first time months from the date and second time weeks. This is unacceptable. This practice doesn't care about the accommodations that families have to make. Go somewhere else because you're likely never going to be seen.
