This office is absolutely horrible. Every time an appointment is made, they call you to try to come in earlier because the doctor wants to go home. Then if you can't because of work they basically tell you "too bad" and make an earlier appointment anyway. They schedule appointments with out you making them or knowing about them. Then all of a sudden you get a call saying that you've missed your appointment and they try to say they're going to bill you out for it when you didn't even make it to begin with. Greenport Primary is an A+ Doctors Office. I unfortunately needed to see a variety of local doctors and specialists in the area recently - and not one office/staff compares to the compassion and care provided at Greenport Primary. NP. Allison Skrezec is a smart & thoughtful professional and the entire office staff is welcoming and on top of it! Would highly recommend.
