Briefly, a very professional operation. Run in an efficient, high-tech way. Still has human touch. Enough said.
All I'm gonna say is do not go to this clinic. The doctor will talk to you from the door with the door open as if he uncomfortable coming close to you and will want you too scream your business at the top of your lung for the whole clinic to hear. Also as you're trying to explain the reason for your visit the doctor he will never mind what you're saying to him, and won't provide the proper information.
I would highly recommend, Doctor Pulatov it’s well knowledgeable and gave me recommendations regarding my health. Receptionist make you feel welcome. Claudia and Pulatov meet expectations, they make you feel welcome.
Every time I got there there's a problem with billing. Not sure if they don't run it by insurances, or if they just sit on it. Expect to get a bill that needs to be paid. Even 8months after the fact. I've been to a few NYU Langone locations. This is the ONLY one I have a problem with.
Dr. Pisciotto is very efficient and I feel very comfortable and taken care of. Would recommend you book with him for PCP and download the nyu app.
