I went to the Patchogue location for a physical, the staff was wonderful. Very organized professional and went above and beyond what they had to help me. Dr Cabral is a Great Dr.very thorough
Im only rating them a 3🌟 because I parked across the street for my last appointment and I was ticketed for not having a "permit" for the lot. Firstly, I've been parking there at least twice a year to see Dr Eckberg for over a decade. No tickets. Secondly, where am I supposed to park? Pay on main street and walk? With chest pain to my doctors office. $50 to park for 45 minutes. I got scammed. I am disappointed that the staff in Dr Eckbergs office wasn't kind enough to warn me about parking there, I can't be the first patient... read more
First time there I had a short wait, but it's clean and the staff was friendly. My doctor was a nice man who showed concern for my general health.
I was a patient for several years, until Dr. Peter Eckberg advised that he would not see my son (also his Patient) for a rash, until he was over an already diagnosed stomach virus. I AM APPALLED!!!! I can understand if it was Covid; but it isn't. He is a Doctor refusing to see my child because he was sick with a diagnosed stomach virus LAST WEEK?
