Terrible experience. Booked 6 months in advanced. Arrived 15 min early. Post waiting 35min I am being told I had to be 30min early and they cancelled my appointment. After confirming twice on the app.
I have a chronic back pain from injury from decades ago. As I get older it became real problem that interfering with daily activity. Since I've got a facet injection by Dr. Yong Kim, I've felt instant relief from the the treatment. I'm very lucky to know where to contact whenever I have pain.
I have been receiving treatment from this office since 2009. The entire staff is ALWAYS courteous, professional and goes above & beyond with my care. From frontdesk to surgery, it is very clear that my ortho health is their priority. Thank You
Rude and terrible front desk staff that do not understand logic. They should look to hire new people. I never got to see the doctor because of their incompetence.
