It’s okay the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t record anything and for first time mom it kinda sucks, a lot of people r saying they got their appointment cancelled for being late but they can easy call the office and let them know they will work with you. It also says on the apps and they send u text messages to your number to be there 15 min ahead of ur actual appointment time. Nurses are okay as well they’re very understanding.

It feels like NYU is relying solely on its name rather than delivering quality care. We’ve had three prenatal appointments for my pregnant wife, and the experiences have been far from satisfactory. -First appointment: The nurse practitioner was excellent and thorough. -Second appointment: This was canceled twice without any alternative options provided. I’m very annoyed I had an appointment. I cancel half my day with patients. I’m a psychologist. I was 15 minutes late. They never told me I had to be there at the exact appointment time. I’m usually on time but I was coming straight from work and I left a bit late got stuck in traffic. When I arrived they told me u was more than 14 minutes late so they wouldn’t see me. I spent 2 hours in my car in traffic canceled half my patients. I’m not going back to this office.
