In September 2023, I made 2 appts for a mammogram and a Dexa test on the same day since I travel in from New Jersey. I was told I had 2 appts for the afternoon on December 28, 2023. Today December 27, I received a call from NYU radiology saying the prescription for the Dexa test was wrong and I needed to contact my doctor for a corrected script. I had a mammogram, then found out the results required me to come back in for another mammogram and a sonogram. I cannot seem to get an appointment for this. So worried and upset. I've left messages with who I am told is the only person who can schedule a follow-up appointment, and clearly she is overwhelmed and can't handle it well alone. If I can't get an appointment in the next few days I have to go through getting it somewhere else and having my records sent to the new place.
