I recently visited the pediatric pulmonology department on the third floor with my child and encountered significant issues with the front desk staff. I was not informed that the referral to my insurance had not been submitted, despite the fact that it was required to cover the cost of my visit. In this practice and for over 4 years, Dr. Manju Pillai has been my compassionate caregiver for both pulmonary and sleep medicine (sleep apnea) areas. As my needs change, she is readily available to address them.
