AWFUL EXPERIENCE, COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED ...As a new patient who was recommended to NYU Langone Internal Medicine Associates, I was given an appointment, with a scheduler, for Dr. Megan E. Collins. There was absolutely no indication that the physician was not taking new patients (not on their slick website nor by the scheduler). They took all my personal insurance information and they gave me an appointment. They even set me up with a new patient portal to prepare for the upcoming appointment!
