First time here. Met with Dr melgar and his team. Medical assistant Ms. SHARON, Melissa secretary and Stephanie receptionist. The paperwork was short and sweet. Stephanie helped me fill out the correct form with a great attitude. Beautiful smile. Ms Sharon is gentle and kind. She did my ekg and blood work. Never felt discomfort or pain. And Melissa helped me schedule my next follow up appointments with a different doctor. And manage to fix me in their busy schedule. Dr melgar took his time. Quick and polite 1and2ndfloor
I made an appointment with a specific doctor, a cardiologist that my mother had been referred to. Whoever answered the phone made an appointment for 7:45 am with the incorrect doctor, a general physician. Ridiculous. I had to make 4 appointment with 4 different doctors. The NYU Langone service is awful. I am still waiting on a call back from last week for an appointment they said they would call me back within 24 hours. It's disgusting how Langone treats their patients
