In September 2023, I made 2 appts for a mammogram and a Dexa test on the same day since I travel in from New Jersey. I was told I had 2 appts for the afternoon on December 28, 2023. Today December 27, I received a call from NYU radiology saying the prescription for the Dexa test was wrong and I needed to contact my doctor for a corrected script. Highly unprofessional. The worst Dr I have ever been to. She didn’t check my daughters previous bloodwork from another endocrinologist. I had to do all the reviews of her test results myself. When I questioned her on the results she dismissed my concerns. Will never use her again.
I had a mammogram, then found out the results required me to come back in for another mammogram and a sonogram. I cannot seem to get an appointment for this. So worried and upset. I've left messages with who I am told is the only person who can schedule a follow-up appointment, and clearly she is overwhelmed and can't handle it well alone. If I can't get an appointment in the next few days I have to go through getting it somewhere else and having my records sent to the new place.
I am truly at a loss of what I am supposed to do as I have tried many things to no avail. I am disheartened and very upset feeling like my PCP would not like to help me. First, I chose this doctor because he speaks russian, it's my preferred language, and his office is not so far away from my house. At the beginning he seemed very nice. I'm over 60 and have some problems with my health. I visited him 4 times. He took all necessary tests, and I also brought all my previous tests results from other doctors. The staff that supposed have knowledge as medical staff there are dumbs a asshole of a French chicken after is roasted is smarter. The Phisycal therapy center is a house of horror. Especially in the hands of robert Kaufman a idiot he must got his degree bending on a professor desk. Be aware do not use that center. Do never use the pt center in this location. You going un Phisical lu in one piece and you will come out broken after the incompétente Phisycal theraphy and staff this place as. Keep out. Or you get a attorney first before you going in.
