Excellent Dr. Thorough and explained everything to me.
Dr Williams is awful. His operating room induced a panic attack. Zero concern for patient wellbeing. No explanation of what is going on. IV was shoved into arm inadvertently while trying to wrap me to the table. After voicing complaints to staff nobody has contacted me from NYU 6 weeks later. Stay away!
I have been receiving services in the Cardiology Department for over a year and I am very satisfied with the level of care I receive. Dr Massera is an excellent doctor who listens to the patient and cares about them. He is kind, polite, very professional, and very knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I recommend Dr. Massera and his team to anyone who is in need of cardiology services. You will not regret it!
