This is the most efficient office I've visited in years. They meet you at the door with a thermometer and walk you through the check in process. After a short wait (2-3 minutes) a nurse whisks you away into a private room to check for vitals. Shortly, Dr. Ray comes in greeting you happily and gives you all the time you need. She is very pleasant, friendly and seems genuinely interested in you. She is very thorough - she could make a very good primary care doctor! Great doctors
Normally I don't write reviews, but this the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I called to make an appointment, as I was explaining to the lady that answerd the phone the reason of my appointment, she started answering in an attacking way. People like this should not work with patients, we deserve better treatment, better care. She didn't even ask for my insurance or the things that it's normally ask when you call for and appointment.
