Great patient care, the doctors are caring!
Staff if horrible. You can't even get a email to send reports. Hello some people don't WANT MORE APPS! Hard to make appointments for 3 people in a row. Must book out months in advance. 0 star's
Nice place here. I don't know why some low reviews. I'm guessing some Karen's like to complain about everything. The office was clean reception was nice the wait was short and the doctor was good. What else do you want champagne and caviar.
I love my NYU doctors. They are caring and there is a really good culture including the desk staff. They all work together which is very helpful.
What has happened to this office? Doctors are leaving, messages are not returned, appts with one provider changed to another, girl on the phone hung up on me, wait times of over 3 months and if you have covid symptoms (like being sick at all) they won’t see you and suggest urgent care. What a perfect illustration of the American health care system’s awful incompetence!
