The Infusion Center staff is usually professional and courteous. The supervisor however, is rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was unnecessary at best and possibly discriminatory at worst. Quite discouraging to the ill patients who need services there.
The Infusion Center staff is usually professional and courteous. The supervisor however, is rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was unnecessary at best and possibly discriminatory at worst. Quite discouraging to the ill patients who need services there.
This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful, caring and knowledgeable. They are vey attentive to their patients' needs. I have to say, they truly take what could be a miserable experience and make it feel like a day at the spa. The doctors who prescribe and and treat are so quick to respond to respond if needed, even if they are an associate and not the actual treating physician! I highly recommend the doctors and the associated infusion center!
