My grandmother had an appointment a week ago and one of the MAs on the 20th floor I think her name was Roy. She was very nasty to me and my grandmother saying very racist remarks. We have been seeing Dr.Winograd for years and had never had an issue before I am appalled how NYU would have such people working at a cancer center.
Horrible!!! You can’t receive the results or notes from the doctors or nurse in a timely manner. I even sent in disks to be returned and still to this date ! I have not received my results. The nurse is non existent she is non communicative and your left feeling abandoned and unhealed in any situation
