Dr shah was nice and straight to the point. The office was organized and there’s no waiting. Thank you so much for Iftikhar Cheema from security. The parking lot was a mess and no one knew where section 6 was. When I said it was by the lab again no one knew where the lab was located. Luckily for me Iftikhar Cheema was patient and helpful. I was finally able to retrieve my car. The security guard at the front desk seemed annoyed. Next time I’ll make sure to valet.

I've had several orthapedic surgeries done here at NYU Langone in New Hyde Park. I have to say Dr.Kipnis and Dr. Alaia are second to none. The whole team is top shelf. They get everything done in a very thorough manner. You're in very good hands at this practice. They are the best!

I had a follow-up app't on 4/15/2022 for my son with the orthopedic surgeon. It turns out, the guy at the front desk made the app't with the wrong doctor which meant that my son was never seen. I had already paid my $20 copay. After being told it was the wrong doc, I went back to the same guy, explained the situation & requested a refund. Don't know what he did on his end, he said, "you're all set, it'll show up in your email." To date I haven't rec'd my refund plus a bill came in the mail where they charged the insurance 🤦... read more

I wanna start by saying my 2 star review has nothing to do with Dr Maria Villamil. Her office is awful. In my experience it’s most of NYU Langone offices I have issues. I have to speak with a manager to get anything done. It’s stuff that’s Sooo fixable too! I have to call multiple times to get them to just send a prescription to the right pharmacy. Oh and I may add that after I’ve called multiple times, it still has not been resolved. I was hoping to move past issue with office but there seems to never be a resolution. Keeps... read more

My problem is mainly with their 2001 Marcus Avenue location. Certain offices are only allowing who they believe is allowed to sit in the office if you aren’t the patient. I don’t know if it’s a color discrimination thing or what but I l have began to detest going to this doctor’s office. They are just as bad as any other advantage care in queens. And the receptionist didn’t even call me to let me know when the patient was done like they said they would. Completely unreliable for decency.
