Dr.Adam J. Keslonsky located at 1999 Marcus Avenue, New Hyde Park. I was billed on 9/9 for a $50 no show fee. They alleged that I had an appointment on 6/2 but I was a no show. My schedule appointment was on 6/10 that I showed up for. It took the billing department 3 months to bill me for an appointment that I didn’t have. I’m very professional with my business dealings. .Dr. Solinas is an excellent Doctor. This Doctor knows her patients history before she steps into the room Dr. Solinas answered all my questions. I have great faith in her. Ms. Cohen her Nurse Practitioner is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, also answers questions the best she can. I left their offices feeling very confident.
Dr shah was nice and straight to the point. The office was organized and there’s no waiting. Thank you so much for Iftikhar Cheema from security. The parking lot was a mess and no one knew where section 6 was. When I said it was by the lab again no one knew where the lab was located. Luckily for me Iftikhar Cheema was patient and helpful. I was finally able to retrieve my car. The security guard at the front desk seemed annoyed. Next time I’ll make sure to valet.
I've had several orthapedic surgeries done here at NYU Langone in New Hyde Park. I have to say Dr.Kipnis and Dr. Alaia are second to none. The whole team is top shelf. They get everything done in a very thorough manner. You're in very good hands at this practice. They are the best!
I had a follow-up app't on 4/15/2022 for my son with the orthopedic surgeon. It turns out, the guy at the front desk made the app't with the wrong doctor which meant that my son was never seen. I had already paid my $20 copay. After being told it was the wrong doc, I went back to the same guy, explained the situation & requested a refund. Don't know what he did on his end, he said, "you're all set, it'll show up in your email." To date I haven't rec'd my refund plus a bill came in the mail where they charged the insurance 🤦... read more
