The worst experience ever. My wife called the office ahead of time and they assured that our medical is accepted. So we made appointment. When we got there, we were told to check-in with the computer kiosk, which alarmed us that our medical insurer is not accepted and we need to verify with the front desk, which we did. And the front desk told us that it is not a problem that we should just proceed.
