Awesome job
The student dentists at the NYU College of Dentistry do a great job. They're friendly, very professional and they take their time. If they have any questions about the procedure they're performing, they'll consult with one or more of their professors, who are always close at hand (though not looking over their shoulder) before proceeding under their expert guidance. The service is just horrible, they put on a crown and I was in so much pain then after 11 months they finally remove it then they said you will need to wear a temporary one for 2 weeks, it is already 6 months and I am still waiting for at least a temporary crown besides other work to be done. It's just horrible I wish I could change to go somewhere else but I already paid money. Just horrible services.
Serious lack of professionalism here when it comes to billing. They consistently fail to bill correctly. Their letters do not itemize what the charges are for. They say you have to come in to discuss details because the phone staff do not know. And if you don't they will try to force you to pay even though they forgot to bill insurance because they don't know how. They also misread my insurance and tried to get me to pay 80% up front and I called my insurance and they confirmed it was 20% but by then they said I could not go... read more
My mom had been dealing with them for 2 years now to replace her dentures. Very unprofessional. They did the work gave her dentures that didn’t fit her mouth and had teeth buck forward like an overbite. She never had an overbite in her life. Schedule appointments to fix it and cancel them all as the date approaches or when she’s in the office. Very dismissive and the dr. Who supervises don’t care. Talking to managers did nothing they keep giving the run around appointments that they themselves cancel.
