The 5th floor ortho department hung up the phone on me and transferred me before I could explain why I was calling. She was so nasty and so rude, she didn’t even ask if I was a patient of that floor all she asked was do I have braces and when I said no she immediately transferred me to another department. I hate calling this place. The admin staff are unprofessional and no one is going to make any changes!!

At first I was skeptical to trust "Students" with my dental problem instead of a professional, but to be honest the students know well what they're doing. Any concerns or fears you have please do tell them and they will hear you out and explain everything. Once the student is done with you The Faculty member will come through and check their work too see how they did and if it needs fixing, they will do it themselves. Dr Lee is very rude I ask her one question in she walked off so 1st of all I can in for a cleaning 3 yrs ago in they end up breaking my teeth now is 3 yrs later n they still haven't fix my teeth so im here now in ask Dr Lee on the 6 floor a question and she said I had a attitude and walked away very unprofessional don't never come to this school never
