Sagent was great. Staff, I can find the words to express how awesome and dedicated they are to helping us addicts/alcoholics every day al day. My counselor Levi was super down to earth, he talked to us in a way that made sense but also made us think about ourselves and others. I'm saying it....Tim ROCKS. FUNNY and CARING. Facility is great. Shot out to Conrad, Tia and Erin. They make a lot of fresh food( Ribs...like real Ribs). Sagent inpatient staff are amazingly caring. They will go out of their way to be sure you feel comfortable, safe and accepted. You are allowed your phone after group hours M -F and entirely on the weekends. Through Adopt-A-Family For the Holidays MN, we've worked with many clients who have utilized their programming. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! From the front desk to the counselors - to even the chefs, they are compassionate and KIND. FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!!

No complaints. They helped me get alot of things in order and even made sure I made it to important medical appointments. Good food also. Only complaint they shut the coffee down at 3 pm. Also lots of attractive women work here.
