Most unfriendly, indifferent to customers. Arrogant. Lack basic customer service manners and skills. Aloof behavior. Their attitude: They are doing the client a favor, if they take care of you. My Insur. agt. called to reconfirm inf. and hung up because of their lack of attention. My Insur. agt. will cancel their services.
Raj is very genuine and ethical. The staff is well experienced and helpful. Did not feel at all like typical mechanic who would like to jack up prices as your condition.
