NYS Sitepower as usual did a great job on my generator. Five star review here!
We have had nothing but prompt and efficient service with this system, and from the service provider, and I can recommend it wholeheartedly. Sitepower has "been there" for every little "glitch" in our power base (RG&E specifically). Their service program keeps our machine "up to par", and available as needed. It has been over 8 years since install (Aug 2017). NYS SITEPOWER was chosen from several quotes not because they were lowest, but because Dan Hall (who visited site for quotation) impressed me with his breath of knowledge, he was able to answer my questions on everything from gas meter sizing to location placement. The Generator has run reliably for 8+ years with NYS SITEPOWER servicing on a planned schedule. The service tech (Glenn) has been great as well, and the office has stayed in touch, Thanks !
Glen was out to do an inspection on my generator today. He is always a pleasure to see as he is very friendly, professional and responsive. He checked everything over, changed oil, and replaced the battery.
