I can’t say enough good things about NYS Heavy Duty Towing. Tyler and Peter came out to recover my semi truck and trailer after I accidentally ended up on a dirt road with 45,000 lbs of onions in the trailer and got stuck in a ditch. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, calm, and clearly knew what they were doing. Called for road-side. Blown tire. Told us ETA 2 hrs (it was 10 am). Ended up at 5 hrs. Mechanic arrived at 3 pm eventually. Forgot to fuel up the compressor. Left. Came back at 4:15. Took him 20 mins to change the tire. Our agreement was 1 hr paid labor minimum. Which we agreed upon. Mechnic said 2 hrs and he doesn't care. Called back to the dispatcher, she said that they can't do anything. How are we responsible for the personal time of mechanic spending 1 hr to pick up fuel???? Is it our fault? Very nice people They get my truck in Les than 45 min It was a big repair and it was done in 2 days . And thanks Monica she helps me a lot . Very transparency.
Contacted them yesterday evening as they were closing and scheduled a call back this am to coordinate their schedule to help us get a semi running as it was an emergency. These guys came through for us big time! They came and repaired the truck and had it running in no time! Best part is they weren’t there to rip us off and only get us going which was great! I highly recommend this company as they went above and beyond for us.
Got into a jam with my pickup. I was very lucky Ryan was passing by. Ryan helped me immediately without hesitation. Great guy, great service. Highly recommend this tow company Ryan saved me a several hour wait for a AAA tow. Five stars
