We used this company for Turkish rug cleaning after our woven Kilim runner was damaged by our dog. There were pet stains and a strong smell that I thought would never come out. They picked the rug up from our apartment and cleaned it at their facility with professional machines. When it came back, the colors looked richer and the odor was completely gone. I also appreciated how knowledgeable they were about Flatweaves and hand-knotted rugs. Very professional from start to finish.

Great experience from start to finish. I had an antique silk rug that needed delicate Antique rug cleaning, and they handled it with so much care. The pickup service was very convenient, and I appreciated that they clean everything in their factory instead of on-site. After 7 days, my woven rug came back spotless and soft.

Amazing results from start to finish. I used them for Turkish rug cleaning and minor rug repair on a vintage Heriz/Serapi rug. The rug is hand-knotted wool with cotton foundation and needed fringe repair as well. They collected it from my apartment and transported it to their warehouse where they use industrial rug washing machines.
