I scheduled an appointment for Oriental rug cleaning, wool, flatweaves, and silk pieces. They showed up on time, walked me through the whole rug cleaning process, and gave me a quote after inspecting each rug. Once I approved it, they rolled up the carpets carefully and moved the furniture for me. After 9 days, they brought them back looking like new. The team also laid them down just the way I asked. Very professional and friendly from start to finish.
