They called me to book an appointment then made an error on their end. When I showed up as scheduled, they argued with me over who made a mistake. I was coming to follow up with another procedure that showed dried blood in my brain. This is not the time to argue with me over who made a mistake -- just tell me you spoke with the doctor and give me the next appointment. Had a scheduled appointment this morning,I have being going there for years,except upon my arrival at the Reception area ,this Receptionist (MM) did not exhibit good communication skills,never had I experience anything like this before her attitude is unbecoming...The Tects.are Awesome as always.Made me feel better .
